Bearings

Bearings primarily serve to reduce friction and support loads in mechanisms that rotate or slide. They allow parts like shafts or wheels to turn more easily and efficiently, while guiding their movement precisely and preventing wear.

Rotation ANTI-FRICTION

Ball bearings, tapered and flat bearings, axial needle, bearing assemblies, oscillating, double; and a vast range in all inventory lines.

BALL BEARINGS: Most widely used bearings for high-precision applications such as aerospace, agriculture, construction, and industry. Ball bearings consist of an inner and outer ring with a cage containing precision balls. 
SPHERICAL ROLLER BEARINGS: Designed for extremely severe applications that must support high loads, contaminated environments, shocks, and vibrations. These bearings feature the highest load capacity in the industry: 
TAPERED ROLLER BEARINGS: Composed of 4 interdependent components: the cone or inner ring; the cup or outer ring; the tapered rollers; and the cage or roller retainer. Tapered angles allow the bearing to handle a combination of radial and thrust loads. Capable of supporting combined loads (axial and radial) and rolling without slipping.
CYLINDRICAL ROLLER BEARINGS: Have rollers that provide modified line contact with the raceways. The cylindrical shape allows the inner ring to have axial movement relative to the outer ring. Available in a wide range of models, series, versions, and sizes. Capable of supporting heavy radial loads and high speeds.
NEEDLE ROLLER BEARINGS: Feature a smaller cross-section, higher load capacity, greater rigidity, and lower inertia forces. Designed to withstand oscillations and operate in severe conditions. 


Braking System

In construction machinery, depending on the type of drive, two braking systems are mainly used: hydraulic and pneumatic. DD Parts offers a wide range of spare parts compatible with the main brands on the market.

Hydraulic braking system: The fundamental principle of this system is that brake fluid pressure is applied uniformly in a closed system. When the brake pedal is depressed, pressure is applied to a caliper, or a cylinder for drum brakes.
Pneumatic braking system: This system uses a compressor driven by the engine to fill air tanks under pressure. Pressing the brake pedal opens a valve that allows air to fill a cylinder and apply pressure from the linings to the drum walls.
Three pneumatic braking systems: service brake, parking brake, and emergency brake.

Cooling Systems

The main function of the cooling system is to remove excess heat, both from the engine and the hydraulic system. Cooling system components are designed and tested for optimal performance of your equipment.

Temperature -40°C to +120°C
Liquid cooling: The cooling system circulates fluid through piping and engine passages to cool the engine block. Hot fluid passes through the radiator and cools upon contact with the radiator walls. The radiator exchanges this heat with the atmosphere and the cold fluid recirculates to the engine passages.
Air cooling: Instead of circulating fluid in the engine, the engine block is covered with aluminum fins that dissipate cylinder heat. A powerful fan forces air over these fins, cooling the engine by transferring heat to the air. 
Oil coolers and heat exchangers: for engine, hydraulic system, and transmissions.
Water pumps and components: Complete water pumps, components, seals, and repair kits.
Radiators: complete radiators, conventional or modular type radiator cores.
Fans: metal and plastic fan blades, fan motors, reversible fans, and protective grilles.
